We accept full payment and payment by installments.

• select the wig that you want, make sure you choose the right length, color and density
• D.m us the picture of the wig that you want to purchase to confirm your order then make your payment

How to pay by installments?

• send us a d.m and confirm your order with 30% of the wig’s price (non refundable).
• pay the remaining 70% in two or three parts ( depends on the wig price ).
• Once you’re done with payments, will immediately ship the wig at your address and send you the tracking number.

Shipping policy.

We offer free shipping to all our customers and we ship worldwide.

• Processing time : luxury wigs by elvira guarantee that all orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days. Natural bundles, straight and body wave textured frontals, closures are shipped out within 24 hours.

Please note that our products have different processing time displayed on the product page. This timeframe may be slightly different due to sales, holiday seasons or others.

If your order contains a same day shipping product and a product that requires 3-5 business day processing time, your order will be shipped together within 3-5 business days.

Shipping time.

• China 2-3 business days.
• Outside China: 3-5 working days.
• Tracking numbers will be updated to you within 3 business days AFTER you receive the ship out notice email.

Shipping outside china.

Customs duty: Your country may charge duties and tax upon the product entering your country. We do not know that amount. Customers are responsible for paying all related taxes. We thank all of our international hair dolls for your loving support!

Customs delay: Your country may delay the entry of your package by up to 3-5 days or more. This is a rare case that is not in our control. We do our best to make sure you can track your package easily through our tracking emails.However, we are not responsible for delays not by our fault and do not honor refund if the item is not returned to us in the original condition.

Can I Change My Order Address?

We cannot change your order recipient’s address or order items after the order has been shipped.
